Is PokerVitals really FREE?

PokerVitals is absolutely free for play money tables on all supported clients.  Real money tables and tournaments require the Premium Subsciption that is available at $34.95 per year. Many purchase options are now available, including FREE incentive based options!>

 

Can I share my username and password with friends?

     A single PokerVitals account can be used on as many computers as necessary.  On the other hand, The software only allows a single computer access to the software at any one time. This means no 2 people will be able to use the same account at the same time.>

 

Does this software work with <insert pokerroom here>?

     Currently PokerVitals runs on a large variety of the most popular poker rooms, with new ones being added regularly. The entire list is visiable through the top navigational panel by clicking about->supported rooms. If your favorite room is not listed, contact us at support@pokervitals.com.

 

Are refunds availiable for premium subscriptions?

     Users Users are expected to try the software using the FREE subscription provided. If the problem is on your end (ie. virus, spyware or misconfigured firewall) support will gladly work with you on getting PokerVitals up and running.

 

Can I have more then one account per e-mail address?

     Sorry, but we only allow one account per e-mail address.

 

What are the minimum system requirements for this software?

     Microsoft Windows XP/2003/Vista
     1.2GHZ or Higher Processor
     256MB RAM.

 

Does PokerVitals record any online transactions?

     PokerVitals is completely spyware and adware free, and does not communicate personal information with third parties. In addition, it does not actively monitor your table as to collect or expose information related to the game. Please note that, occasionally, PokerVitals may contact our central server to check for updates and confirm subscription status, which is required for normal operation to persist..

 

The PV Monitor pops up when I sit at a table, but no cards display

     This indicates that PokerVitals is not properly picking up the cards at the table you are sitting. The most common reason for this is having your computer set lower then 32bpp. Simply right click on your desktop and click Settings.  You should get a dialog in which you will be able to select both your resolution and color depth.  Set your color depth 32bpp.

 

I recieve an error prompting me to change my color settings to 32bit

     PokerVitals is configured to run at a resolution of 32bpp.  This is to decrease the odds of error in computing card selections.  If you are receiving this error, please right click on your desktop, and click Settings.  You should get a dialog in which you will be able to select both your resolution and color depth.  Set your color depth 32bpp.

 

PokerVitals gives me a blank browser window

     This is a combination of a system error and an upgrade being available. A quick solution is to go to www.pokervitals.com/upgrade.php and upgrade manually. We recommend having your system scanned for viruses and spyware, as well as making sure your firewall is configured to let PokerVitals upgrade.

 

Will I only be able to use my license at the poker room where I chose to open a new account?

     No - once you have played 100 real money hands at your selected poker room with the software open and in use, your PokerVitals license will be fully functional in all supported poker rooms. The software does not work on all poker rooms that we offer an incentive at this time, though we hope to support them all soon.

 

Are there any conditions to take advantage of this offer?

     You must be a new player and make the required minimum deposit in to your new account. Also, you must play a minimum of 100 raked hands before you free license will be made active..

 

What if I already have an account at all the sites?

     Unfortunately you are not eligible for the free Premium License at this time. We will offer more incentive based purchase options soon!

 

I tried but wasn't able to open an account at my selected poker room, but I still want a license - how can I get one?
